Outside the United Nations HQ. 1st Avenue, if I am not mistaken. Unlike in the Philippines, the NY zone is quite different as the sunlight does not reach its zenith. That is why the clear skies make it an anywhere-picturesque area. Anywhere you go, it seems so surreal.
